Your retainer, your file
Each matter is a limited-scope retainer between you and the client (Rules of Professional Conduct r. 3.2-1A; Paralegal Rules r. 3.02). The platform is software: intake, drafting, documents, payments. It gives no legal advice and takes no share of your fee.
What the platform charges
A fixed monthly seat for the software and the marketing, not a percentage of fees. [VERIFY the seat model with LSO fee-sharing rules, r. 3.6-7, before the first external provider is paid.]

Card authorized. Facts, documents, and the draft are in the queue.
Conflicts
You run your own check. Decline in one click; the hold is released.
Edit and sign
The letter renders on your letterhead. The claim is filled. You change what needs changing.
Deliver
One button delivers to the client's account and captures the payment.
Paid
Your fee settles to you. The platform seat is billed monthly, separately.
Who we are looking for
- ■Licensed paralegals: Small Claims Court is squarely within scope (Law Society Act; By-Law 4).
- ■Lawyers who want flat-fee volume without intake, marketing, or collections.
- ■Anyone with capacity for 5 to 50 matters a week and a two-business-day turnaround.
- ■Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. We check the directory.
Legal services on this site are provided today by Mithril Law — Jonathan Kleiman, licensed Ontario lawyer. Network providers deliver under their own name and retainer; the client is told who their licensee is before they buy.
